MARTíN CERCHIARI
Martín Cerchiari, Montevideo Uruguay 1979. He has a degree in Communication Sciences (UDELAR) and an Audiovisual Producer from the Cinemateca Film School (ECU).
He participated in courses and workshops with prominent photographers such as: Julio Menajovsky, Diana Mines, Luis Gonazalez Palma, Walter Astrada, Muriel Hasbun, Luis Camnitzer and John Mraz.
Diploma in contemporary artistic photography NODE CENTER with Camila Alvarez, Bruno Bresani, Laura d'Ors, Alejo Schatzky, Alfonso Almendros, Gonzalo Golpe, Juan Curto.
Between 2004 and 2014 he worked as a press photographer for the newspapers La República, El Observador and as a stringer for the Reuters agency. He works in the Legislative Branch as a photographer.
Participated in the Laboratory of the Contemporary Art Museum of Montevideo MACMO 2015
Award of the Ministry of Education and Culture (competitive funds) 2011 project "200 years is nothing."
